I support project teams and advise executive management throughout the construction and operation of major energy, transport and commercial projects.  


Whether it's providing contracted in-house legal services or acting as your external counsel, I will provide you with my top tier experience at sole practitioner rates. 

What I provide

  • Pragmatic and commercially minded legal advice on day-to-day project delivery issues. 


  • Pre-contract negotiations and preparing amendments and bespoke special conditions.


  • Advising on legal risk identification and mitigation strategies. 


  • Preparing and/or responding to claims, as well as advising on claim resolution strategies.

 

  • Representation in on-project negotiations and mediations.  


  • Acting in litigation and arbitration proceedings (utilising the ICC, LCIA, ACICA and UNCITRAL arbitration rules).

 

  • Conducting security of payment adjudications, in all Australian jurisdictions, and expert determinations.


  • Contracted project counsel or parental leave cover for in-house lawyers.
